Mascarata licenses are digital software licenses delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the license token has been issued and delivered to the buyer's email address.

A refund or cancellation may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• The license token was not delivered within 24 hours of successful payment and support could not resolve the issue.
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error on the payment gateway side.

To request a refund, contact us at mascarata@esfom.com within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, providing your order reference and the email used at checkout. Refund decisions are made within 5 business days.

Transaction cancellations initiated by the buyer after payment processing has started are handled in accordance with WayForPay rules.

Service description. Mascarata is a Windows/Linux/macOS desktop application that bridges industrial serial hardware (Modbus RTU/TCP, and other protocols) to a local REST/WebSocket API. A perpetual single-machine license key is delivered via email upon successful payment.

Activation. Each license key is tied to one machine (Hardware UID). Transferring the software to another machine requires purchasing a new license or contacting support.

Supported platforms. Windows 10/11 (x64), Ubuntu 20.04+ (x64), macOS 12+ (x64/arm64).

Delivery method. The license token is delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Physical delivery is not applicable.

Delivery geography. Digital delivery is available worldwide. No physical shipment is performed.

Payment methods. Payments are processed via WayForPay and may include:

• Visa / Mastercard debit and credit cards
• Apple Pay, Google Pay (where available)

Updates. Minor updates within the purchased major version are free. Future major version upgrades may require a separate purchase.

Prohibited use. The license may not be resold, sublicensed, or used in a manner that violates applicable law.

This Public Offer constitutes a legally binding agreement between Individual Entrepreneur Firsov K.M. (hereinafter "Seller") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "Buyer") who completes a purchase on this website.

4.1 Subject of the Agreement. The Seller provides the Buyer with a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Mascarata software on one (1) machine, subject to the terms herein.

4.2 Acceptance. By clicking "Proceed to Payment" and completing payment, the Buyer unconditionally accepts all terms of this Public Offer in full (Article 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).

4.3 Price and Payment. The license fee is stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed by WayForPay on behalf of the Seller.

4.4 Delivery. The license token is delivered to the Buyer's email within 30 minutes of payment confirmation. In case of delay, the Buyer should contact mascarata@esfom.com.

4.5 Warranties. The software is provided "as is". The Seller warrants that the software performs its stated functions at the time of sale. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

4.6 Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation, or, failing that, through the competent courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.

4.7 Amendments. The Seller reserves the right to update these terms. Updated terms apply to new purchases only.

We do not sell goods or provide services to residents of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus. This restriction applies to all product tiers, including the Free tier. Orders placed from IP addresses or payment instruments associated with these countries will be declined.
